Learning About Learning
Learning About Learning (LAL) is a practice-oriented initiative that applies the LUCA framework to explore how learning actually functions in real organisational and sectoral contexts.
Rather than starting from predefined solutions, LAL works through conversations, collective inquiry, and shared sensemaking with people directly involved in learning-related roles and decisions.
LAL initiatives typically involve:
- Structured conversations and interviews
- Landscape and pathway analysis
- Collaborative sensemaking processes
- Shared artefacts that support ongoing learning
The aim is not to extract insights, but to strengthen the capacity to learn in ways that matter.
